Installations Engineer

Responsible for the entire installation cycle of Alfa products at the clients’ side and making sure that the systems are fully operational.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics) from a reputable university.
2-3 years of experience in installations, maintenance or customer service in addition to customer handling.
Networks certification is a must.
Proven knowledge of the following:
Computer networks and troubleshooting techniques
General networks design, implementation, performance tuning and troubleshooting
Operating systems setup, configuration and troubleshooting
MS SQL server setup, configuration and troubleshooting
