Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics) from a reputable university.
  •  2-3 years of experience in installations, maintenance or customer service in addition to customer handling.
  •  Networks certification is a must.
  •  Proven knowledge of the following:
  •  Computer networks and troubleshooting techniques
  •  General networks design, implementation, performance tuning and troubleshooting
  •  Operating systems setup, configuration and troubleshooting
  •  MS SQL server setup, configuration and troubleshooting
